Original owner Sid MacKay is a leader in the countertop fabrication industry. and:

• Has over 25 total years in the business since starting out as a cabinetmaker in 1982 before turning his focus to countertops three years later
• Is in his eighth year as a member of the Board of Directors of ISSFA, the International Solid Surface Fabricators Association, the premier trade association for countertop fabricators
• Serves as ISSFA’s Vice President in 2008
• Will become ISSFA’s President in 2009
• Is a founding member and a member of the Board of Directors of The Artisan Group™, an independent organization of the country’s leading granite countertop fabricators
• Earned Accreditation from the Marble Institute of America (MIA), signifying Creative Countertops’ compliance with quality standards and consistent, competent and safe fabrication, installation and maintenance of natural stone.
